Hello, I’m Julie
I live on acreage outside of Townsville in hot, sunny, North QLD. My husband and I have purposefully designed our lives to feel aligned with our values to allow us to give our two legendary boys the childhood dream.
I created a successful, profitable business with the sole purpose of running a values based business that empowered the team that worked there, the clients who came for treatment and those who referred to us.
Now I help other service based business owners to do the same.
From horse trainers to doctors, if you are in a service based role, I see you. There are particular challenges that come up when your business is designed around service and these challenges too often lead to burnout and frustration. This ripples out to affect the clients and the financial success of the business.
